JAMMU, Mar 2 (KNO) : Mukhtiar Hussain resident of village Amirtgarh, Tehsil Chirala falling District Doda has urged upon the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and DGP S P Vaid whose son Yawar Hussian was received serious head injury while de-boarding from the Matador bearing Registration No: JK02A AO972 on February 20 last month due to the carelessness of driver Bushan Lal (driver) plying in Bari Brahmana area in presence of another person namely Haq Nawaz son of Abdul Hamid resident Kencha Tehsil Kahra district Doda.

Family members headed by Mukhtiar Hussain while speaking to media revealed that on February 20, my son is working as Labourer travelling in the above said matador who was received serious head injury at Bari Brahmana due to the negligence of Drive (Bushan Lal) while de-boarding. “The driver left my boy along the roadside in an injured condition who was later admitted in Government Medical College (GMC) Hospital Bakshi Nagar Jammu for treatment by the passerby after noticing his severe condition still lying in the ICU in critical condition,” he alleged.

Father of Yawar Hussain said, “We were shocked knowing about the incident and immediately rushed to the GMS hospital to ascertain the whereabouts and condition of my boy (Yawar) who was admitted in the ICU Bed No.1 without MLC and police complaint. We are failed to ascertain the whereabouts of the matador driver (Bushan Lal) even I am unaware about other details in this context. I am also failed to collect the relevant information and documents of the said driver who has injured the boy due to his rash and carelessness driving even after completion of more than one week.” “The cause of delay for lodging of FIR was only this that we are not having proper details and information in respect of driver expects Registration No of vehicle. We are still busy in dealing the injury case in the GMC hospital after the incident,” he maintained.

He further urged upon the CM Mehbooba Mufti in helping to lodge FIR against the accused Matador driver who left the injured son along the roadside in a bleeding condition and demanded to take stern action against the driver under relevant law so as to provide justice to the family who are still clueless about the accused driver.(KNO)
